The Animal Ark Zoo is actually a wildlife sanctuary and a nature center located to the northwest of Reno in Nevada. Spread across 38 acres of land, this sanctuary is an ideal habitat which has been artificially designed to house the animals for their preservation as well as public viewing through glass areas.
