The Loft Suites were spacious and beautiful – courteous and polite staff
Elevators needed a repaint job but this room was so much nicer – comfy over-sized bed
Lounge offers light snacks that are perfect – art works gracing the walls were authentic and marvelous
We were treated like we were celebrities the entire stay – an incredible suite
I ordered room service once – very prompt and polite – everything was of high standard
Room was very clean – time spent on the nice chaise lounge by the window was really nice – luxury and personal service – simply perfect
