Where and when was Las Vegas Convention Center Started?

The Las Vegas Convention Center is located, one block east of the Las Vegas Strip on Paradise road and three miles from McCarran Airport. The Las Vegas Convention Center was officially opened on April 29, 1959. It has grown to it heights since then. It is 1.9 million square feet of exhibit and meeting space.

It is the largest single level convention facility in America. There are twelve exhibit halls separable by movable walls. The Las Vegas Convention Center is functioned by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority.
