The residential rooms of UNLV Campus Housing are well furnished with 2 standard twin size beds, 2 study tables and chairs, 2 dressers and 2 wastepaper bins. The rooms have TV with cable connection and internet facilities. Charges for cable and internet connection and local phone are included in the room fees.

The students must be responsible for keeping their rooms and bathrooms clean. The cleaning of the common areas is done by the UNLV Campus Housing team.
